The first monthly charge is on your launch date — the day we confirm launch, after the $1,000 setup balance is paid — then on the same calendar day each month. Cancel any time before your next renewal date. Your subscription is authorized at launch, not at this checkout. Cancel the monthly plan online any time before your next renewal date — no call, no meeting, no notice period. Cancelling stops your next renewal; service continues to the end of the paid period. There are no other fees — no processing fees, no cancellation fees, and no fees deducted from refunds — and third-party AI usage costs are included in your monthly price, never passed through or billed separately.

Install timeline. Installation typically takes 3–4 weeks from the day we confirm work start in writing, depending on how quickly the customer submits information and approves the initial content. Content volume. 20 / 40 / 60 videos per month for Tier 1 / 2 / 3; the initial content batch at milestone 5 is 10 pieces regardless of plan. Revisions. One revision round per milestone, plus up to two revision rounds for that initial content batch — never unlimited.

Refund Policy Summary

Your $2,000 initial payment is credited toward the $3,000 setup fee. It is fully refundable until Growth Point Studio confirms in writing that installation work has begun. Once work begins, completed milestones become non-refundable, while any unearned portion remains eligible for a refund according to the service agreement. The remaining $1,000 setup balance is due before launch. Your selected monthly plan is separate.
